Welcome to Home Preservation Foundation ("we," "our," or "us"). Home Preservation Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides financial education, counseling, and resources to help individuals achieve financial stability. Our Services include, but are not limited to:

• Credit building assistance and education
• Self Debt Management
• Housing counseling and assistance
• Financial education and workshops
• Online resources and tools

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without prior notice.

Our Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years of age and who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide to us is accurate and complete.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOME PRESERVATION FOUNDATION DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HOME PRESERVATION FOUNDATION, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Home Preservation Foundation, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our Services.
